Job Description

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and manage Citrix virtualization environments including XenDesktop and XenApp.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Citrix infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Citrix virtual applications and desktops.
Provide technical support to end users accessing virtual desktops and applications.
Manage system storage, virtual disks, and file systems for Citrix environments.
Ensure security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with network and storage teams to optimize virtual system performance and availability.
Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for Citrix infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies, best practices, and industry trends in Citrix virtualization.
