Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies and policies.
  • Identify and manage security risks within the organisation's operations and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to information security.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security protocols into existing systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Provide training and awareness programmes for employees on information security practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of advanced security technologies and tools.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of senior cybersecurity leadership experience.
  • Mandatory certifications/knowledge:
  • CISSP
  • IEC 62443
  • NIS2
  • Strong expertise in OT security, industrial control systems (ICS), and manufacturing environments.
  • Experience leading global cybersecurity programs across IT and product engineering.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to design and execute global cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and roadmaps.
