Key Responsibilities:
- This role combines full stack development with data analysis business process automation using Power Automate reporting using Power BI and hands on development and customization within the ServiceNow HRSD platform
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management and lifecycle events
- Implement workflows using Flow Designer IntegrationHub and scripting JavaScript Glide APIs
- Experience in full stack application development
- Hands on ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration
- Knowledge of HR case management employee service portals and virtual agent
- ServiceNow scripting and integration experience
- Hands on ServiceNow NowAssist Moveworks Employee Works Process Mining and other capabilities
- Strong expertise in
- NET Core APIs and modern architecture patterns
- Experience with Angular React HTML CSS JavaScript
- Strong SQL Python and scripting knowledge
- Experience with Power BI and DAX
- Experience with Power Automate workflows
- Experience with AWS Azure and CI CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA Required
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification CIS HRSD Preferred
