CISNGE - Full Stack Engineer/ServiceNow HRSD

Required Skill: Servicenow HRSD> Power BI> Power Automate> AWS> Azure> DotNet

This role combines full stack development with data analysis, business process automation using Power Automate, reporting using Power BI, and hands-on development and customization within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management and lifecycle events.
• Implement workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Experience in full stack application development.
• Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration.
• Knowledge of HR case management, employee service portals, and virtual agent.
• ServiceNow scripting and integration experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow NowAssist, Moveworks, Employee Works, Process Mining and other capabilities.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
• Experience with Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong SQL, Python, and scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI and DAX.
• Experience with Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• ServiceNow HRSD Certification (CIS-HRSD) – Preferred Location : Hyderabad STP (Gachibowli)
