Role- CISCO Voice L1 & L2

Job Description

Must have:

  • Expert level experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.
  • Expert understanding of the following Cisco Unified Communication Products a) Cisco CUCM 10.x, 11.x, 12.x (Mandatory)
  • CER (Cisco Emergency Responder (Mandatory)
  • Cisco Call Manager Express & Cisco Unity express
  • Understanding of Cisco Licensing models
  • In depth understanding of Cisco Expressway
  • Cisco IM&P and Jabber
  • Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways
  • Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS, CCS), FXS /FXO, & SIP
  • Gatekeepers
  • Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, SCCP.
  • Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express (preferred)
  • Excellent ITIL Knowledge Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem Management
  • Excellent Problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Expert knowledge in Cisco Unified Communications Manager
  • Expert knowledge in Cisco Unity Connection
  • Expert Knowledge in Cisco UCCX
  • Expert knowledge in Cisco Session Management platform (SME)
  • Expert knowledge in Session Border Controller technology
  • Expert knowledge in SIP Trunk
  • Knowledge of UCS and virtualization technologies
