Key Deliverables

• Serve as the subject matter expert in Collaboration and Customer Experience solutions
• Design and deliver customized technical architectures that meet customer needs
• Develop and maintain technical competency and certifications for core product areas
• Provide consulting, strategic road-mapping, and technical sales support

• Perform Discovery and Documentation of Business Requirements
• Ensure accuracy in Statements of Work, product architectures, and ROI/TCO models
• Participate in Solution/Delivery Assurance and Services Handoff Meetings
