• Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience network engineering and wireless communications. 

• English language (advanced)

• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, solution designs, and technical documentation. 

• Demonstrated skilled to advanced knowledge and experience in critical skills:

o Azure: Load Balancer and Application Gateway

o Load balancer e.g. F5 Application Security and Delivery Solutions

o IP Services e.g. DNS, DHCP CCNP or CCIE certification.

• Deep experience in the design, architecture and consulting for Global Enterprise's Domain Name Services, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocols, Internet Protocol Address Management Systems and Load Balancer Technologies

• Experience with Business Network Infrastructure Products and Services globally including Name Servers, Name Caching Servers, Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS Root, All Enterprise Subnets and their distribution Globally via IPAM Solutions such as TCPWave, BlueCat, and InfoBlox.

• Experience with management of Extranet Subnet Allocations, WAN Subnet Allocations, BU Network Subnet Allocations, VRF Management, Data Center IP Topology, BigIP F5 Load Balancer Technology and future state Load Balancing Technologies, as well as Security Services and Life Cycle Management.
