About the Role

We are hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III with hands-on experience in Cisco collaboration technologies. In this role, you will support the deployment, configuration, and delivery of Cisco Webex Calling solutions across diverse customer environments.

Job Description

• Assist in deployment and configuration of Cisco Webex Calling solutions

• Provision users, devices, locations, and dial plans

• Support PSTN setup, number porting, and SIP integrations

• Collaborate on solution design, testing, and validation

• Prepare documentation including configuration guides, test plans, and cutover documents

• Participate in requirement gathering and pre-deployment assessments

• Manage multiple implementation projects with timely delivery

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience in VoIP / Unified Communications / Cisco Collaboration
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Webex Calling / Control Hub or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of SIP signaling, RTP, and VoIP fundamentals
• Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, DNS)
• Experience in documentation, configuration, and implementation processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCT Collaboration, or pursuing CCNP Collaboration)
• Experience with Cisco CUBE, SBCs, or SIP trunking
• Familiarity with CUCM, Webex Dedicated Instance, hybrid calling
• Knowledge of PSTN integrations, number porting, E911 setup
• Exposure to Python / REST APIs / automation
• Experience in Cisco partner or implementation services environment
