Role: Email Security Engineer
Location: Greater Noida/Hyderabad/Pune
Skills and Experience Required
- 5–10 years of experience in security operations, including:
- Email security administration
- Endpoint protection / EDR operations
- Incident response support
- Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco Secure Email, including:
- Policy tuning
- Phishing investigations
- Operational and trend reporting
- Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco Secure Endpoint, including:
- Alert triage and tuning
- Endpoint response actions
- Ability to manage false positives, maintain allow/block controls, and continuously improve detection efficacy through tuning.
- Strong understanding of email authentication and hygiene controls such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, along with secure baseline practices.
- Clear documentation and communication skills for escalations, reporting, SOPs, and runbook maintenance.
