Job Description

  • Manage IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and related suite of products
  • Develop and maintain BPML workflows using Sterling Integrator services and adapters
  • Configure and support secure file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and HTTPS
  • Create and manage file transfers using Connect:Direct
  • Handle production support, incident management, and crisis calls for service recovery
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
  • Work on L3 support activities including MIRs and SIPs
  • Support release management, deployment activities, and production operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Ensure monitoring, observability, and system performance using tools like Splunk and AppDynamics
  • Support CI/CD pipeline-related troubleshooting and enhancements
  • Work with encryption/decryption tools such as PGP
  • Provide technical documentation and stakeholder communication
