Job Description

  • Site Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of estate properties within the assigned circle, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for estate-related services, such as landscaping, security, and waste management
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of estate properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement
  • Tenant Relations: Interact with tenants, addressing their concerns, and facilitating effective communication between tenants and management
  • Lease Management: Assist in managing lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and negotiation of terms with property owners
  • Compliance: Ensure that estate properties comply with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards
  • Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response procedures, including liaising with local authorities, conducting drills, and ensuring the readiness of emergency equipment
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and managing the budget for estate operations, ensuring cost-effective management of resources
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records related to estate operations, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and tenant communications
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams for renovations, upgrades, or new construction within estate properties
