Circle O&M - Field Support Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

On-Site Troubleshooting

• Respond promptly to technical issues and equipment breakdowns, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Preventive Maintenance

• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.

Equipment Installation

• Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems as required.

Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance to team members, customers, and end-users to resolve operational issues and answer queries.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and troubleshooting procedures for compliance and reference.

Safety Compliance

• Ensure all work is carried out following safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with other O&M teams and departments to ensure smooth operation and execution of maintenance tasks.

Training & Development

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices related to equipment and systems being supported.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Basic knowledge of operational systems and technical support processes.
