Role Overview

As Circle Lead, you will own the end-to-end performance and expansion of Lenskart's retail business across Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) and Goa.

This is a high-impact regional leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsible for driving growth, customer experience, and operational excellence across a large store network. You will lead teams at scale, build strong market presence, and ensure every store delivers on Lenskart's brand promise.

What You'll Drive:

1. Business Performance & Growth

  • Own topline, profitability, and unit economics across the circle
  • Drive same-store growth through conversion, ticket size, and repeat
  • Build and execute sharp market plans to scale new and existing stores

2. Retail Expansion & Execution Excellence

  • Lead store launches, relocations, and network expansion with faster ramp-up
  • Deliver high growth through strong micro-market understanding and execution discipline
  • Ensure consistent SOP adherence and operational rigor across stores

3. Customer Experience & NPS

  • Own end-to-end in-store experience and NPS
  • Drive customer-first behaviour through regular store visits, audits, and feedback loops
  • Maintain high standards of service, grooming, and selling excellence

4. Productivity, Inventory & Cost

  • Maximize store productivity through optimal staffing and planning
  • Drive strong inventory discipline to reduce ageing, pilferage, and returns
  • Manage costs tightly while protecting frontline selling effectiveness

5. Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and develop Area Managers, Store Managers, and frontline teams at scale
  • Build a high-performance, high-ownership culture with clear accountability
  • Invest in capability building across sales, service, and leadership depth

6. Brand & Retail Standards

  • Act as the custodian of Lenskart's brand and in-store experience
  • Ensure every store reflects our premium yet accessible positioning
  • Champion agility, innovation, and execution excellence on the ground

7. Eye Test Quality & Selling Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to optical standards and eye testing accuracy
  • Elevate eye testing into a trust-building, conversion-driving experience
  • Partner with training teams to strengthen consultative selling

Who You Are

  • 12+ years of experience in retail / QSR / consumer businesses
  • Proven track record of managing large, multi-store operations (100+ stores)
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and growth delivery
  • Hands-on leader with deep understanding of customer behaviour and retail execution
  • Strong people leader with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
  • High ownership, agility, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
