Role Description

We are seeking a Circle Head for our Solan, Himachal Pradesh location. This is a full-time on-site role. The Circle Head will oversee operations, manage the sales team, develop market strategies, and drive business growth in the region. The role includes customer relationship management, operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales and service targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven people management and leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding teams effectively
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to implement and achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to drive market development and operational planning
• Proficiency in project management and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the elevator or construction industry will be an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to or already reside in Solan, Himachal Pradesh

Candidate should have Exprience with Local Architects.

Preference Candidates required from Paint / Wood Coating / Deal in Building Material.
