Role Overview

The Cameraman will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that aligns with the organization's creative and educational objectives. The role requires strong technical knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, stabilization tools, and video production techniques. The Cameraman will work closely with the creative and production teams to translate concepts into engaging visual content, especially for studio recordings and live classes.

Primary Objective

To manage studio operations for live classes and video production by operating cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment, ensuring high-quality and stable visual output for digital and educational content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Camera Operation

Operate professional cameras for video recording, live classes, and studio shoots.

Ensure proper framing, focus, and camera movement during recording.

Maintain high video quality standards during all productions.

2. Gimbal Operation

Operate and balance gimbal stabilizers to capture smooth and stable footage.

Perform dynamic shots such as walkthroughs, moving shots, and promotional video footage.

Ensure proper calibration and safe handling of gimbal equipment.

3. Lighting & Composition

Set up and adjust lighting equipment to achieve the desired mood and visual quality.

Ensure proper composition, exposure, and color balance during shoots.

Maintain visual consistency across all recordings.

4. Equipment Management

Set up, test, and maintain cameras, gimbals, lenses, tripods, and related equipment.

Ensure all technical equipment is functioning properly before recording sessions.

Manage storage, safety, and maintenance of studio equipment.

5. Video Production

Support recording of live classes, promotional videos, and educational content.

Assist in preparing studio setups before recording sessions.

Ensure smooth recording operations and troubleshoot technical issues.

6. Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the creative and production teams to understand video requirements.

Contribute to video concepts, storyboards, and visual storytelling.

Coordinate with the team to ensure the final output meets production standards.
