About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Cinematographer & Photographer to lead visual storytelling initiatives across brand campaigns, commercials, digital content, hospitality projects, events, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, exceptional technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute professional photography and videography projects from concept to delivery.
• Plan, direct, and shoot high-quality commercial, corporate, hospitality, lifestyle, and product content.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot plans for marketing campaigns.
• Handle advanced camera operations, lighting setups, audio recording, and production equipment.
• Create cinematic videos, brand films, advertisements, interviews, documentaries, and social media content.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and client teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Manage pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
• Mentor junior photographers, videographers, and editors.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and quality expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content formats.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Photography, Cinematography, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Photography and Cinematography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, advertising, hospitality, product, and digital marketing projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Digital Marketing Agencies, Production Houses, Media Companies, or Creative Studios.
• Experience handling high-budget commercial shoots and brand campaigns.
• Drone operation experience/certification is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends and performance-driven visual content.
