Cinematographer/Personal Videographer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Cinematographer / Personal Videographer to capture

the day-to-day journey of our founders, from meetings and stage moments to travel,

behind-the-scenes, and candid o-the-cu footage. This is a hands-on, always-ready

role for someone who can shoot on the move, tell a story through the lens, and never

miss a moment worth capturing.

Beyond shooting, the ideal candidate is disciplined about organising and managing

footage, and comfortable editing when needed to turn raw clips into shareable con-

tent. The role involves regular travel alongside the founders, so flexibility, dependability, and get-it-done attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Capture the founders day-to-day activities, meetings, events, talks, travel, and

behind-the-scenes moments

▪ Travel with the founders to shoots, events, and locations as required

▪ Shoot high-quality videos and photos in varied and fast-changing environments

▪ Anticipate moments and stay ready to capture spontaneous, authentic content

▪ Organise, label, and back up all footage in a clean, well-structured file system

▪ Manage and maintain the footage library so clips are easy to find and retrieve

▪ Edit raw footage into long-form, short-form, and social-ready videos when required

▪ Coordinate with the content and editing team to hand o footage and align on

requirements

▪ Handle, maintain, and safeguard camera equipment and accessories

Required Skills and Qualifications

▪ 1–3 years of experience in videography, cinematography, or a similar role

▪ Proficiency with cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment

▪ Strong eye for framing, composition, lighting, and movement

▪ Comfortable shooting run-and-gun in dynamic, unpredictable settings

▪ Disciplined about file organisation, labelling, and backups

▪ Working knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)

▪ Willingness and availability to travel frequently and work flexible hours

▪ Reliable, discreet, and comfortable working closely with founders

Good to Have

▪ Experience shooting for personal brands, creators, or founder-led content

▪ Strong short-form editing skills for Reels, Shorts, and social content

▪ Basic colour grading and audio cleanup skills

▪ Photography skills alongside video

▪ Understanding of storytelling and what makes content engaging on social platforms
