About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Cinematographer to join our creative video production team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lighting, camera operation, and visual storytelling, contributing to the creation of high-quality video content such as masterclasses, brand films, product explainers, and digital content.
You'll be responsible for crafting cinematic visuals that meet our premium production standards, working collaboratively with directors, producers, and the post-production team to ensure a seamless creative workflow.

You'll be responsible for crafting cinematic visuals that meet our premium production standards, working collaboratively with directors, producers, and the post-production team to ensure a seamless creative workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Lighting & Cinematography
- Design and execute professional lighting setups aligned with each project's visual tone — from cinematic looks to clean instructional setups.
- Maintain precise exposure control, especially when shooting in Log/S-Log formats.
- Achieve consistent color balance, flattering skin tones, and well-managed highlights/shadows across diverse setups.
- Operate and manage professional cinema cameras (Sony FX series, Canon Cinema Line, Blackmagic, RED, etc.).
- Execute shot lists, storyboards, and planned camera movements to match narrative intent.
- Ensure sharpness, framing accuracy, and visual coherence in all footage.
- Collaborate with colorists to define LUTs and visual looks.
- Ensure color accuracy and consistency from shooting through post-production.
- Maintain uniformity in white balance, color temperature, and lighting intensity across projects.
- Partner with directors and production designers to plan the visual strategy and assess lighting conditions.
- Conduct camera and lighting rehearsals before main shoots.
- Manage on-set technical workflows for smooth, efficient shoots.
- Oversee and maintain camera kits, lenses, lighting gear, and accessories.
- Stay current with emerging camera technologies and cinematic techniques.
- Ensure all equipment is production-ready and safe to operate.
Experience:
- 2–3+ years as a Cinematographer / Director of Photography (DOP) or Senior Camera Operator on professional sets.
- Strong portfolio featuring interviews, corporate films, educational videos, or brand content.
- Proficiency with Sony FX series, Canon Cinema, Blackmagic, or RED cameras.
- Deep understanding of frame rates, resolutions, and codecs for various platforms.
