Description
We are seeking a skilled Cinematographer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong technical background in camera operation and lighting design. This role is essential in bringing our creative projects to life through compelling visuals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with directors to understand their vision and translate it into visual storytelling.
- Plan and execute shots using cameras, lighting, and other equipment to achieve desired outcomes.
- Operate camera equipment and manage lighting setups on location and in studios.
- Select and manage lenses, filters, and other accessories to enhance the visual quality of the production.
- Edit and assemble footage to create a polished final product, working closely with the editing team.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera and lighting equipment to ensure optimal performance during shoots.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in cinematography or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating various camera systems, including DSLRs, mirrorless, and cinema cameras.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques and the ability to manipulate light to create mood and depth.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with color grading techniques and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from creative leads.
