About The Role:
We're looking for someone who can handle both shooting and editing. Someone who understands clean visuals, good framing, lighting basics, and can also put the final video together in a neat and engaging way.
Responsibilities
- Shoot videos as per script and brand guidelines
- Set up basic lighting and audio
- Capture clean, stable, well-framed footage
- Edit raw footage into polished videos (UGC, ads, reels, long-form when needed)
- Add music, text, colour correction, and basic sound design
- Coordinate with the creative team for shot planning and revisions
- Deliver final videos on time
Requirements
- Good understanding of camera handling (Sony/Canon or phone-based shoots)
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, After effects, or DaVinci
- Ability to work fast and adapt to different content styles
- Basic knowledge of lighting and composition
- A portfolio of previous work (mandatory)
- Having own gear is a plus
- Reliable, committed, and comfortable working on tight timelines
Nice to Have
- Experience with UGC-style ads
- Knowledge of colour grading
