Key Responsibilities
- Cinematography & Direction
- Shoot high-quality corporate videos using professional camera and lighting setups.
- Set up 2-point/3-point lighting, shape light effectively, and maintain consistent visual quality.
- Provide on-set guidance and basic direction to internal presenters and talent.
- Ensure framing, composition, and camera movements meet corporate aesthetic standards.
- Studio & Technical Operations
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, audio recorders, and related gear.
- Manage studio environment, equipment organization, and technical readiness.
- Capture clean audio using lavalier, boom, podcast mics, or event mics as needed.
- Live Events & Webinars
- Support internal live events, leadership town halls, and webinars.
- Operate single or multi-camera event setups.
- Handle basic streaming systems, video switchers, and audio routing.
- Post-Production Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with editors by providing shot logs, clear footage organization, and production notes.
- Perform basic editing when required (optional).
