About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Cinematographer cum Videographer & Photographer with hands-on experience in bridal shoots, fashion storytelling, and high-quality visual production.
This role is ideal for someone who understands emotion, aesthetics, and luxury bridal narratives, and can translate them into cinematic videos, impactful reels, and high-end photographs for social media, e-commerce, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cinematography & Videography
- Shoot cinematic bridal videos, fashion films, campaign videos, and reels
- Capture storytelling-driven content with strong emotions and visual flow
- Plan shots, angles, lighting, and camera movement for premium output
- Execute indoor & outdoor shoots (studio, outdoor, events, campaigns)
2. Photography
- Capture high-quality bridal, fashion, product, lifestyle, and e-commerce photographs
- Execute E-commerce shoots with clear focus on product detailing, fit, fabric, and finishes
- Ensure images are suitable for website listings, marketplaces, and lookbooks
- Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and luxury positioning
3. Editing & Post-Production
- Edit reels, short videos, long-form videos, and photographs
- Perform color correction, basic retouching, transitions, and music syncing
- Optimize content formats for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, website & e-commerce
- Deliver content as per timelines and campaign requirements
4. Equipment Ownership & Handling
- Must own a professional mirrorless camera (Sony / Canon / Nikon or equivalent)
- Should have relevant lenses suitable for bridal, fashion, and product shoots
- Must have basic shoot equipment (gimbal/tripod, basic lights, microphone if required)
- Responsible for equipment handling, upkeep, and output quality
5. Model Sourcing & Shoot Coordination
- Assist in sourcing models (professional, influencers, creators, in-house talent) for shoots
- Coordinate with models for availability, shoot briefs, and timelines
- Guide models on posing and expressions as per bridal and fashion requirements
- Support shoot logistics including scheduling, location readiness, and flow
6. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, stylists, merchandisers, and marketing team
- Contribute creative inputs for concepts, storytelling, and shoot planning
- Assist in creating mood boards, references, and visual direction
- Align visuals with brand story, campaigns, and seasonal launches
Required Skills & Experience
- 26 years of experience in bridal / fashion cinematography & photography
- Strong storytelling ability with creative and technical soundness
- Hands-on experience in:
- Reels & short-form videos
- Bridal films & fashion shoots
- E-commerce photography & product shoots
- Independent editing of photos and videos
- Proficiency in:
- Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
- Lightroom / Photoshop
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, motion, and aesthetics
Add-On (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of social media content trends and formats
- Understanding of what drives organic reach on Instagram & YouTube
- Experience working with fashion / bridal / ethnic wear brands
- Familiarity with influencer or creator-led content
