We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Cinematographer to join our Media & Marketing team and help create compelling visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.
Position Overview
The Cinematographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, student success stories, events, social media promotions, interviews, educational content, and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in videography, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Cinematography
- Plan and execute professional video shoots for marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Capture high-quality footage for student testimonials, success stories, interviews, seminars, events, and educational content.
- Determine camera angles, shot composition, lighting setups, and visual styles to enhance storytelling.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, drones, and other video production equipment.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Anfield's branding and communication guidelines.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with the Media & Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and long-form content for various digital platforms.
- Develop visual storytelling concepts that effectively communicate the company's services and success stories.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign development and content planning.
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit and enhance video footage using professional editing software.
- Perform color correction, color grading, sound synchronization, and basic motion graphics integration.
- Ensure final outputs meet platform-specific requirements for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Maintain consistency in video quality and brand identity across all content.
Equipment & Asset Management
- Maintain and manage video production equipment.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and backup of all media files and project assets.
- Stay updated with emerging videography trends, techniques, and equipment innovations.
Event Coverage
- Cover educational fairs, university events, seminars, student gatherings, branch activities, and corporate events.
- Travel to branch locations when required for content production and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Cinematography, Visual Communication, Media Production, Film Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in videography, cinematography, or video production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical capabilities.
- Proficiency in professional camera operations and video production equipment.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Understanding of lighting techniques, framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects will be an added advantage.
