Job Title: Video Editor / Cinematographer
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 4PM-1AM (UK Shift)
Experience: 2-5 years
Role Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Video Editor / Cinematographer who can handle end-to-end video production. This role is for someone who understands both shooting and editing, and can turn raw footage into clean, engaging visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras with proper framing, lighting, and audio setup
- Handle different types of shoots including interviews, events, corporate videos, podcasts, and multi-camera setups
- Edit short-form and long-form videos with engaging cuts, pacing, transitions, and captions
- Work on content for internal communication, branding, events, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with content and design teams to bring ideas to life visually
- Create reels, teasers, explainers, and behind-the-scenes content
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, color grading, and audio clarity
- Manage raw footage, project files, and final outputs efficiently
- Stay updated with current video trends, formats, and editing styles
- Apply storytelling techniques to improve engagement and audience retention
Qualification:
- Degree or diploma in Media, Filmmaking, Visual Communication, or related field
Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in video shooting and editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Good understanding of camera operations, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment
- Experience with multi-camera shoots and syncing footage
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design
- Ability to manage timelines and deliver under deadlines
