About the Role
Shuraa Management is looking for a creative and talented Cinematic Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, cinematography, camera techniques, and video editing. We're looking for someone who can create high-quality cinematic content for social media, branding, corporate campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
The selected candidate will initially work from our Delhi office for a few months and will subsequently relocate to Dubai, UAE, based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality cinematic videos for the company's marketing and branding activities.
- Create engaging short and long content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for video projects.
- Operate professional cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production tools.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software and incorporate transitions, sound effects, and colour grading.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Stay updated with the latest videography trends, cinematic techniques, and social media content formats.
- Manage and organise video assets, footage, and production files.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of videography, cinematography, framing, composition, and lighting.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with cinematic camera movements, colour grading, and storytelling.
- Ability to independently plan and execute shoots.
- Understanding of social media content creation and platform-specific video requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer, or Video Content Creator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic videography and editing projects.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, or social media content production will be an added advantage.
