Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cinematic Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The Cinematic Video Editor will assemble and refine video footage, create smooth narrative flow, and deliver visually impactful edits aligned with project briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include organizing raw media, syncing audio, selecting takes, applying transitions, and integrating motion graphics or visual elements as needed. The role involves performing color correction and grading, refining sound design with basic audio adjustments, and preparing final exports optimized for various platforms. The editor will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and the creative team, provide input on visual style, and maintain consistent file management and backup practices.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production to manage footage from ingest to final delivery.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve cinematic looks and maintain visual consistency.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and on-screen information.
- Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and basic audio editing tools.
- Good understanding of frame rates, codecs, resolutions, and export settings for web, social media, and broadcast.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is beneficial; a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematic work is required.
