Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jammu for a Cinema Security Officer. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of cinema premises, staff, and guests. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and managing security operations, assisting in crowd control during cinema events, conducting routine inspections of premises, and reporting any security-related incidents. The role involves close collaboration with staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of safety, surveillance, and emergency procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain calm in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of security equipment and systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
