We at Coforge are hiring a CIMS Delivery Lead with the following Skillset:
- Oversee endtoend IT Infrastructure Delivery & Operations.
- Manage multiple IMS towers: Unix, Wintel, Database, Storage, Networks (Voice/Data), Service Desk, NOC, EUC (AD/Exchange/O365).
- Drive SLA/KPI adherence, governance, reporting, and continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with Tower Leads, Service Managers, and customer teams.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM/ISMS processes and delivery excellence.
- Manage RAID logs and prepare service performance decks (internal & customer).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead large technical teams and drive operational excellence.
- Handson understanding of datacentre and cloud technologies.
- Processoriented, with a focus on continuous service improvement.
- Customerfirst mindset with a proactive, cando attitude.
- 15+ years of total experience, including over 10 years in IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery Management, with a proven track record of delivering infrastructure services in complex enterprise environments.
Education & Certifications:
- BE/B.Tech preferred
- ITSM Expert certification
- PMP certification preferred
