Job Summary

Join our Global Support Team as an Associate Analyst / Analyst and provide first-level support to global employees across Customer Interaction, Finance and Technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, webforms and tickets.
• Understand, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them as required.
• Document and track incidents/requests in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Ensure timely resolution, ticket closure and SLA adherence.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
• Meet service KPIs including Customer Satisfaction, Contact Quality and First Call Resolution.
• Work effectively with global teams across different countries and cultures.
• Participate in training, coaching and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Support Areas

CIC: Payroll, Benefits, Time & Expense and other Talent/HR queries.

FSD: Finance/business applications including SWIFT, DTE and Accounts Payable.

ITSD: Hardware, software, applications, operating systems, network and internet support.
