CIC EDI Developer

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Perform system configuration, mapping, and management for EDI-based transactions and processes.

• Maintain cross reference tables.

• Monitor files for delivery and receipt.

• Assist in troubleshooting of EDI transactions and workflows.

• Identify, analyze and communicate all exception errors to the appropriate trading partners.

• Perform new partner setups and maintenance, including partner creation, testing, and validation.

• Assist in transition/upgrade of EDI systems to next-generation/version environments.

• Develop and maintain EDI process documentation.

• Review and assist in implementation of vendor-supplied EDI patches.

This requirement is for Cleo Cloud version EDI software and Candidate must have the below skills:

· Experience to Install, upgrade, create additional environments, data management, and ensure operational integrity of Cleo CIC Cockpit.

· Can Monitor the document and Integration flow and related issues using CIC Cockpit.

· Experience to develop mapping for both inbound and outbound EDI data transformation on IBM i using Cleo CIC, as well as trading partner configuration

· Experience in API based integration

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Experience to Install, upgrade, create additional environments, data management, and ensure operational integrity of Cleo EEI.

· Experience to develop mapping for both inbound and outbound EDI data transformation on IBM i using Cleo EEI, as well as trading partner configuration

· Experience in API based integration

· Able to work on both cloud version and the desktop version of CLEO.

· Must have production deployment experience.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Good to be Cleo Certified will be better but not Mandatory.

Additional Information on the Job Description:

• At least 5-8 years of EDI mapping experience, working in an EDI production support environment.

• Exceptional proficiency in EDI ANSI X 12 standards and EDIFACT.

• Proficiency in AS2, FTP, SMTP, TCP/IP, VANs

• Strong fundamental understanding of core manufacturing, logistics, Supply Chain, and shipping EDI transaction sets (204, 210, 215, 824, 940 990, 810, 850, 875, 865, 855, 860, 810, 880, 812,)

• Flat Files, XML, Web Services, SQL knowledge and experience.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Able to learn new concepts and skills quickly.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Exhibit sound judgment and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

• Must be flexible, adaptable to change, able to work in fast paced environment, and able to meet deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience with SAP/IBMi EDI integration a major plus.
