CIAM Engineer

We are looking for a ForgeRock CIAM Engineer to design, build, and support secure Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using the ForgeRock platform.

The role focuses on managing how customers register, authenticate, access applications, and manage their digital identities. You will work with application, security, and development teams to deliver secure and scalable customer identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CIAM solutions using ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS and IG.
• Build customer registration, authentication, SSO and MFA journeys.
• Configure OAuth 2.0, OIDC and SAML integrations.
• Integrate ForgeRock with applications, APIs, mobile platforms, and external identity providers.
• Manage customer identities, profiles, provisioning, and access policies.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and integration issues.
• Support CIAM security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Work with development and security teams on CIAM architecture and solutions.
