CIAM Engineer

Role Overview

Handson Auth0 CIAM professional with 5 years of experience responsible for managing supporting and optimizing customer identity solutions built on Auth0 The role requires a strong focus on troubleshooting operations and DevOps integration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Auth0 tenants configurations and environments
• Handle user lifecycle access management and tenant administration
• Perform integrations using OAuth 20 OIDC PKCE and SAML
• Troubleshoot login issues token failures and federation errors
• Develop and maintain Auth0 Actions and custom authentication logic
• Support CICD pipelines using Terraform GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Manage incidents P1P2 perform root cause analysis and ensure resolution
• Work with ServiceNow SNOW for ticketing and ITIL processes
• Monitor logs s and system performance using tools like Spyglass
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
• Participate in 24x7 support rotation

Required Skills

• Strong handson experience with Auth0 CIAM platform
• Expertise in OAuth 20 OIDC PKCE and SAML protocols
• Experience in integration and modification of authentication flows
• Handson experience with Auth0 Actions token customization and claims mapping
• Experience implementing adaptive authentication passwordless authentication and MFA
• Experience integrating SMSOTP providers eg Twilio
• Terraform Infrastructure as Code experience
• Knowledge of GCP reactjs and Nodejs ecosystem
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with GitHub GitHub Actions and Python scripting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow SNOW and ITIL processes

Nice to Have

• Mobile app authentication experience iOSAndroid
• Exposure to CIAM architecture and multitenant systems
• Or certified in Auth0 Certified Developer Exam
