Job Title: CIAM Developer Experience: 3-10 Years Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering Role & Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
Perform UAT, production validation, and ad hoc testing for CIAM applications including A4C, CUA, IDM, MAE, OA2, and WCA.
Execute control testing for CIAM and RSA security token applications to ensure compliance and operational stability.
Act as a Business SME for CIAM replacement projects, focusing on testing, user administration, and access management.
Manage and support user access provisioning, approvals, and administration for bank and customer users.
Create, execute, and maintain SQL queries for weekly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting requirements.
Analyze customer/user data and generate reports related to token expiration, access controls, and system usage.
Assist employees with SSOA access requests, user onboarding, and application usage guidance.
Conduct audits of SSOA user groups and review access requests for appropriate authorization.
Collaborate with Client Service and Production Support teams to investigate and resolve CIAM and RSA-related issues.
Utilize QE testing tools (including Perfecto) and leverage BFS domain knowledge, SQL expertise, and PING authentication experience flexibility to provide weekend (Saturday) support is required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant industry certifications. Equivalent work experience is equally preferable.
