Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Execute the site/tower CI roadmap and deliver tower/BU initiatives by leading medium to complex CI projects end-to-end, delivering measurable productivity, quality, cost, compliance and customer outcomes (80% delivery).
  • Apply robust CI execution standards (clear problem statements, baselines, root cause, solution design, implementation and sustainment) and provide evidence packs for benefits validation with Process Owners/GPOs as applicable.
  • Execute Due Diligence/CI Analysis for assigned CI and in-scope Automation & AI Demand-to-Value initiatives to confirm scope, baselines, readiness, controls considerations, and adoption/value approach.
  • Support Celonis initiatives (Apps/PAM/AI) by executing due diligence support, business validation/UAT coordination, release readiness, rollout enablement and sustained adoption/value routines (usage/action/KPI tracking) in partnership with IT (IT builds/runs), escalating complex cases to CI Transformation Experts as needed.
  • Support tower-level Symbio/BPM delivery for assigned towers by executing documentation updates, quality gap closure, versioning and refresh cadence activities in partnership with CI Transformation Experts and Process Owners/Managers.
  • Support the CI Transformation Regional Lead in building CI culture/capability at site (training, CI community activities and coaching), while maintaining a delivery focus (80% delivery / 20% culture).

Responsibilities:

  1. CI Roadmap Execution Support (Tower/Site Governance support)
  • Translate the approved roadmap for assigned scope into an executable quarterly plan (project charters, milestones, stakeholder plan, resourcing needs) and execute to plan.
  • Maintain initiative documentation hygiene in standard CI trackers/templates (scope, status, risks, owners, value, sustainment evidence).
  • Provide regular updates for governance cadences (site/tower): project status, risks/dependencies, decisions required, and value/adoption tracking status.

B. Delivery of Medium to Complex Initiatives (core 80%)

  • Lead delivery of initiatives aligned with the CI Transformation Regional Lead roadmap (tower productivity/optimization initiatives, BU-sponsored initiatives, and assigned Automation & AI Demand-to-Value work).
  • Execute projects using the methodology agreed with the CI Transformation Regional Lead: VSM, DMAIC, DMADOV, PDCA/A3/Kaizen (as appropriate).
  • Execute Due Diligence/CI Analysis for assigned initiatives: define scope, baseline, root-cause/analysis, improvement levers (process redesign, standard work, controls and/or automation) and sustainment approach.
  • Drive implementation with Operations and Process Owners/Process Managers: deploy standard work/controls, ensure training and adoption, and sustain results through control plans and performance routines.
  • Compile evidence packs (baseline, solution, impact, sustainment plan, before/after KPI) to support benefits validation and closure.

C. Celonis – PAM / Apps / AI (Due Diligence, UAT & Adoption) (IT builds/runs)

  • Support Due Diligence/CI Analysis for assigned Celonis use cases (Apps/PAM/AI): clarify scope, baseline KPIs/4C value hypothesis, process logic/semantics, readiness and exception handling, and agree acceptance criteria with Process Owners and IT.
  • Support day-to-day business enablement for assigned Celonis use cases/apps: user readiness, training materials, communications, rollout coordination and operational embedding into routines.
  • Coordinate business validation/UAT activities (test planning, user/SME scheduling, defect logging and triage with IT, sign-off tracking) and ensure business acceptance criteria are met for assigned scope.
  • Drive adoption and value routines post go-live: usage monitoring, action closure follow-up, KPI movement tracking, and escalation of adoption risks/issues through CI governance.
  • Execute Celonis activities under global standards/governance owned by Head of CI Transformation and day-to-day direction of the CI Transformation Regional Lead; IT owns technical build/run.

Experience:

  • Lead assigned CI initiatives end-to-end within the approved roadmap/pipeline and agreed CI standards.
  • Decide the detailed project approach (tools, workshop design, pilot plan) and implementation sequencing with operations.
  • Make day-to-day decisions on stakeholder engagement and action prioritization within project scope; escalate major trade-offs (scope/value/timeline/resource conflicts) to the CI Transformation Regional Lead.
  • Execute Due Diligence/CI Analysis for assigned initiatives and recommend tollgate progression; ensure required documentation and closure evidence are complete per standards.
  • Run day-to-day Celonis enablement activities for assigned scope (UAT coordination, business acceptance readiness, rollout support) and drive post go-live adoption/value routines (usage/action/KPI tracking); escalate risks via governance.
  • Execute Symbio tower-level support for assigned towers (updates/versioning/QC closure/refresh cadence) within standards and priorities defined by the CI Transformation Expert/Regional Lead.
  • Approve and sign off Operations-led bottom-up CI projects (Just Do It/PDCA) including tollgate progression, closure evidence and sustainment checks within delegated authority.
  • Approve and sign off Yellow Belt projects including readiness and completion evidence within delegated authority.
  • Recommend Green Belt project selection and tollgate progression; final Green Belt certification/sign-off remains with the CI Transformation Regional Lead (or designated certifying authority).
