Chromium Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chromium Developer at Catalyse Research, located in Gurugram. The Chromium Developer will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and optimization of browser-based applications and features using the Chromium framework. Daily tasks may include debugging, resolving issues, implementing customizations, and collaborating frequently with cross-functional teams to align development with project goals and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software development with expertise in C++ and JavaScript
• Experience in working with Chromium open-source projects and WebKit/Blink engines
• Understanding of web standards, browser rendering, and cross-platform compatibility
• Familiarity with open-source contribution and Linux-based development environments
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
