The Successful Applicant

A successful CHRO should have:

A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within the property or real estate development industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
