Role Description (Choice Center Operator)

This is a full-time, on-site role in Raipur.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Handling customer work like Aadhaar, PAN, bill payments, and online applications

Doing accurate data entry in the system (name, details, documents, etc.)

Guiding customers about the process and required documents

Maintaining daily records (number of services, cash, reports)

Solving basic system or website issues

Providing good customer service and handling people politely

Qualifications (Simple & Practical)

Basic computer knowledge (typing, internet, form filling)

Experience in data entry is a plus

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic knowledge of CSC, Aadhaar, PAN, or E-District services

Ability to solve small issues (like server slow, form errors, etc.)

Attention to detail (no mistakes in data entry)

Previous experience in a Choice Center / CSC / office work is a plus

• Must know local language (Hindi / Chhattisgarhi preferred)
