Technical Translation & Interpretation
- Translating technical documents such as schematics, product specifications, user manuals, and quality control guidelines from Chinese to English (or vice versa).
- Assisting in real-time interpretation during factory visits, supplier meetings, and production discussions.
Supply Chain & Procurement Support
- Facilitating communication between international buyers and Chinese suppliers for pricing negotiations, order placements, and contract discussions.
- Ensuring accurate translation of invoices, shipping documents, and compliance certificates.
Quality Control & Manufacturing Processes
- Helping inspectors and engineers understand factory reports, test results, and compliance standards.
- Ensuring that product specifications match international quality expectations by eliminating language-related misunderstandings.
Compliance & Regulatory Assistance
- Translating Chinese government regulations, trade policies, and safety certifications for international companies.
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with RoHS, CE, FCC, and other global standards.
Business & Cultural Mediation
- Helping international companies navigate business etiquette, negotiation styles, and workplace culture in China.

Engineering & R&D Communication
