About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chinese Translator (MandarinEnglish) to support our operations in the Li-Ion battery industry in India. The role involves real-time interpretation, document translation, and coordination between Chinese and Indian teams to ensure smooth technical and business communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oral interpretation (Mandarin English) during meetings, factory visits, training sessions, and technical discussions.
• Translate technical documents, SOPs, manuals, contracts, and emails.
• Assist Chinese technical experts and management teams in daily communication.
• Support production, engineering, procurement, and quality teams with accurate translations.
• Maintain confidentiality of technical and business information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or Li-Ion battery industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology.
• Willingness to work on-site in India.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Contract Details

• Fixed-term contract: 1 year (extendable based on performance and project requirements).
