Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Chinese Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP). The selected candidate will manage and prepare Chinese cuisine, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are consistently high. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen operations, assisting in menu planning, training junior staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring proper storage and inventory management of ingredients and supplies. Collaboration with kitchen staff and adherence to guest preferences will also be crucial to ensuring a delightful dining experience.
