We are looking for a hands-on China Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, vendor development and procurement for consumer products across multiple e-commerce categories.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/factories in China for new and existing products.
- Handle RFQs, costing comparisons, negotiations, MOQ discussions and commercial closure.
- Coordinate samples, product development and supplier follow-ups.
- Track orders from PO stage to production, dispatch and shipment readiness.
- Work with internal teams on specifications, packaging, compliance and timelines.
- Maintain sourcing trackers, vendor database and cost sheets.
- Support price benchmarking, alternate vendor development and new product opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing / procurement / imports, preferably with China-facing vendors.
- Strong commercial understanding of costing, negotiations, MOQ and lead times.
- Good coordination skills across suppliers, logistics and internal teams.
- Comfortable working on Excel, costing sheets and sourcing trackers.
- Prior exposure to consumer products / hardlines is preferred.
- Candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-moving setup.
