Role : Mandarin Speaking Client Relations Manager – E-Commerce

At Valuecart, a subsidiary of RK Group, we are on a mission to bring the world's best global brands to Indian consumers. Since 2019, we have partnered with 450+ international suppliers and are growing rapidly in the cross-border e-commerce space.

We are looking for a driven and bilingual Client Relations Manager to be the primary bridge between Valuecart and our Chinese brand partners.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese clients

• Pitch Valuecart's business model to prospective Chinese brands

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing & product teams

• Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts

• Monitor market trends and client feedback

What We're Looking For:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese & English (written + spoken) — mandatory

• Prior experience in client relations or account management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
