Roles and Responsibilities:
- You need to have a thorough knowledge on Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing & fire fighting.
- You will oversee the HVAC i.e. installation and maintenance of A.C heating and ventilation like changing fillers, Maintenance of Chiller Plants, etc.
- You will maintain electrical parts for outlets and application of other systems like lighting switches, fire alarm, security system, CCTV systems, etc.
- You will handle plumbing including STP and pipe system as well as gas delivery system in Canteen and laboratory setting.
- Since University has modern building it will require substantial ventilation environmental control as well as safety precaution & preventive measures.
- You will lead a team & be able to supervise & coordinate the activities
- You will be a single point of contact responsible for work in the area of Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing (MEP) system.
- You will prepare consolidated daily check schedule and process driven checks & balances for efficient & smooth functioning of all the required equipment and MEP works at the campus.
- You will provide full support to the administration department at the campus.
- You will report to the Deputy Registrar / Assistant Registrar and assist him in smooth functioning of the campus activities & maintenance.
- Any other work assigned to you by the University from time to time.
