Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a specialty pediatric clinic that provides multi-disciplinary intervention for children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The Clinic Coordinator (Social Worker) will serve as the primary link between patients, their families, and the clinical team. This dual role involves managing daily clinic operations while providing psychosocial support, resource coordination, and advocacy for patients-particularly those navigating developmental challenges or complex medical treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination: Manage appointments, intake assessments, and patient flow to ensure a seamless experience.
Case Management: Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify the emotional and financial needs of families.
Resource Advocacy: Connect families with community resources, support groups, and financial assistance programs.
Clinic Operations: Oversee front-office staff, maintain clinical records, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Counseling & Support: Provide initial counseling to patients and families to help them understand diagnoses and treatment paths.
