Child Safety Trainer (Full-Time | On-site | JP Nagar, Bangalore)
Role Summary : We are looking for a qualified Child Safety Trainer who can deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions on child safety, digital wellbeing, and mental wellbeing for K12 students, while also supporting early identification and brief counselling interventions when needed.
Location : JP Nagar, Bangalore (On-site)
Qualifications
Master's in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Educational)
Proven experience conducting school-based sessions/workshops across age groups
Experience in child/adolescent counselling in a school setting
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured workshops and sessions for K12 students on child safety, digital safety, and mental wellbeing
Create research-backed lesson plans, learning materials, and visual aids (Canva)
Identify red flags and concerns in students who may require additional support/referral
Provide brief one-on-one counselling support during/after sessions, as required
Maintain accurate, ethical documentation of workshops and counselling notes (as per safeguarding standards)
