Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Child Development Specialist. The role involves designing personalized development plans and implementing evidence-based therapies to address the unique needs of children with neurodevelopmental challenges. The specialist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate developmental progress and provide parent education and guidance. Regular responsibilities include monitoring and documenting developmental milestones, creating safe environments conducive to growth, and working closely with children to foster their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Child Development, Psychology, and Childcare
- Experience in Working With Children and addressing their developmental needs
- Skills in Parent Education and providing effective guidance to families
- Strong communication, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Relevant qualifications in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in pediatric rehabilitation or working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders is an advantage
