We are launching Luxerion Marketing, a performance-driven B2B digital marketing agency. We are currently building our core founding team from scratch. Our focus is strictly on high-ticket B2B sectors: Import/Export, Mining & Minerals, B2B IT Companies, and Manufacturing. Our model is simple: We offer a performance-based trial to clients, generate leads, and then lock them into monthly retainers. I will handle the sales, strategy, and client acquisition. I need a technical partner to handle the execution.
Your Role:
- Design and build professional, high-converting B2B landing pages and websites.
- Set up lead generation funnels and integrate them with CRMs (like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zapier).
- Ensure smooth automation so client leads are tracked and delivered without friction.
What We Are Looking For:
- Solid experience in WordPress/Webflow and basic CRM automations.
- An understanding of B2B website architecture (focus on conversions and trust, not just aesthetics).
- A founder's mindset: proactive, reliable, and ready to build from zero.
The Offer:
- 20% Equity Stake in the agency (Legally documented).
- Compensation: Zero fixed salary. This is a purely equity and profit-sharing role. Payouts begin as soon as we close and deliver results for our first paying clients.
