Compensation: ₹10,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 LPA + Ex-Gratia (Directly linked to CSR grants & donations raised)

Snehdhara Charity Council is expanding its footprint. We are looking for a visionary Chief Volunteer Officer (CVO) based out of Gurugram to spearhead our Pan-India growth, secure critical CSR funding, and scale our impact across Nourishment, Education, and Elder Care.

What You Will Do:

• Lead National Fundraising: Drive end-to-end CSR fundraising strategies, draft compelling grant proposals, and manage rigorous donor reporting and tranche-based funding execution.

• Forge Pan-India Partnerships: Build strategic alliances with corporate partners, allied NGOs, and grassroots organizations across India to scale our welfare models.

• Execute on a National Scale: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Snehdhara's flagship programs (Food Distribution, Learning Support, Wellness Aid, Elder Care) in diverse geographies.

• Mobilize & Lead: Scale our active volunteer base nationwide, enforcing SOPs and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination on the ground.

What We Are Looking For:

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in the NGO/development sector.

• A highly structured approach to grant drafting, compliance (80G, 12A, CSR provisions), and fund utilization matrices.

• Proven history of successfully raising and managing CSR funds at a national scale.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
