About the Role
ZoCode.Club is looking for a founding CTO to own and lead the company's complete technical vision. This role is for someone who wants to build products, systems, and teams from the ground up, with long-term ownership through equity.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap
- Design scalable, secure architectures for web, app, and AI-enabled products
- Lead all client project execution end-to-end (delivery, quality, timelines)
- Drive development of internal products and platforms
- Make key decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and tools
- Build and mentor technical teams; set coding and delivery standards
- Collaborate closely with founders on product, growth, and execution
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation
What we're looking for
- Strong software development background with hands-on experience
- Proven experience in system architecture and scalable product design
- Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Product-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in AI/ML in any capacity (implementation, integration, or applied use)
- Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments
