Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable and innovative healthcare technology solutions using modern full stack technologies
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely delivery of software products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, clinical, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements
Develop and execute technical strategies aligned with organizational goals to support business growth and digital transformation
Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and industry regulations including healthcare compliance requirements
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
